Fitness 1440 has signed a 5 year lease of approximately 6,433 +/- SF of space at 951 SW Simpson Avenue in Bend.  Bruce Churchill, Broker  represented the Tenant, and Brian Fratzke, Principal Broker represented the Landlord.

WeCan LLC has signed a 3 year lease of approximately 4,356 +/- SF of industrial space at 913 SE Zeller Lane in Bend.  Nick Vaughn, Broker and Brian Fratzke, Principal Broker represented the Landlord.
