Circuit Bouldering Gym plans to open a 20,000 SF facility later this year in Bend. Owner Andy Coleman operates three locations in the Portland area, and recently purchased a 25,000 square foot building on Corporate Place in NE Bend that was for sale.  5,000 SF of the property is leased to established tenant Precision Countertops.
