FRATZKE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE RECENT CLOSED TRANSACTIONS:

Bad Wolf Bakery has signed a 4 year lease of approximately 1,794 +/- SF of restaurant space at 1133 NW Wall Street in Bend. Brian Fratzke, CCIM, Principal Broker represented the Landlordand Nick Vaughn, Broker represented the Tenant.

Argonaut LLC has signed a 5 year lease of approximately 2,440 +/- SF of space at 30 SW Century Drive in Bend. Brian Fratzke, CCIM, Principal Broker represented the Landlordand Nick Vaughn, Broker represented the Tenant.

Spectrum CPA Group LLP has signed a 3+ year lease of approximately 1,109 +/- SF of office space at 233 SW Wilson Avenue in Bend. Bruce Churchill, Broker represented the Tenant and Brian Fratzke, CCIM, Principal Broker represented the Landlord.

Déjà vu Interiors LLC has signed a 3 year lease of approximately 6,216 +/- SF of retail space at Outlaw Station in Sisters. Bruce Churchill, Broker represented the Landlord.

WakeMAKERS LLC has signed a lease adding 6,170 +/- SF of space at 615 SE Glenwood Drive in Bend. Brian Fratzke, CCIM, Principal Broker and Tom Tapia, Broker represented both the Landlord and the Tenant.

Willamette Glass Inc. has signed a 2 year lease of approximately 2,000 +/- SF of industrial space at 63011 Plateau Drive in Bend. Bruce Churchill, Broker represented the Tenant.
