June 19th – 2019 – Fratzke Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Inc. is pleased to announce that Coleman Bouldering, owner of The Circuit Bouldering Company has acquired a 25,000 RSF building located at 63051 Corporate Place in beautiful Bend, Oregon.
Brian Fratzke, Principal Broker represented Coleman Bouldering as the Buyer of the property and Summit Bank provided the financing for the project. Dan Kemp of Compass Commercial represented the Seller.
The entire sale was completed in 53 days which may a set a new record in Central Oregon for the sale of a commercial building with SBA financing. Lori Welsh with Western Title conducted the Title and Escrow Services.
