In 2013, Tom Tapia and I completed our first deal together when Tom brought in a new client for The Point building in Bend. Central Oregon Acupuncture has signed and is set to occupy 2,364 square feet. Tom and I spent time together working on the details of their build-out and completed the deal. We created a forecast of their needs, constructed a plan and executed it quickly!
The Point is a building containing various medical practitioners and Tom saw the synergy between traditional and non-traditional medicine. He brought to the table solid ideas not only for the building, but for this desirable area of Bend. Tom gained my trust through a thorough explanation of his vision and by also sharing the vision and desires of his client; explaining in detail how they could complement our existing tenants. And now, Central Oregon Acupuncture will be the exclusive provider of acupuncture at The Point.
