Dan Steelhammer, Broker represented the Seller in the sale of 1921-1995 NW 6th Street in Redmond for $1,050,000.

Tom Tapia, CCIM, Principal & Brian Fratzke, CCIM, Principal represented the Seller in the sale of 61555 Parrell Road in Bend for $720,000.

Collier Ehlers, Broker & Brian Fratzke, CCIM, Principal represented the Seller in the sale of 625 SE 9th Street in Bend for $920,000.

NickVaughn, Broker & Brian Fratzke, CCIM, Principal represented the Seller in the sale of 1195 NW Wall Street in Bend for $1,525,000.

Michael & Jennifer Lane have signed a 37 month lease of 914 +/- SF of office space at 2445 NE Division in Bend. Dan Steelhammer, Broker represented the Landlord .

Shu Zhen Chen has signed a 5 year lease of 4,104 +/- SF of restaurant space at 234 NW Main Street in Prineville. Dan Steelhammer, Broker represented the Landlord.

gl3 Architects signed a 3 year lease of 2,092 +/- SF of office space at 1693 SW Chandler Avenue in Bend. Tom Tapia, CCIM, Principal represented the Landlord and Brian Fratzke, CCIM, Principal represented the Tenant.

Philips has signed a 2 year lease renewal of 5,750 +/- SF of office space at 920 SW Emkay in Bend. Brian Fratzke, CCIM, Principal represented the Landlord and the Tenant.

Solutions Yes LLC has signed a 36 month lease of 575 +/- SF of office space at 888 NW Hill Street in Bend. Dan Steelhammer, Broker represented the Landlord.
