Dan Brown, Property Manager
Dan Brown was born and raised in Oregon and has over 25 years of Senior level Management providing second-to-none the best customer/client service in the Telecommunications Industry. As a former Plant Manager and supporting many offices within the Customer Service support services Dan’s hard work, aptitude and 150% dedication to his work role propelled Dan’s career in the large cable company Industry among others.
As needed in the Industry, Dan was part of a traveling Management support team that would help under performing branches achieve higher service levels. Dan developed strong aptitude in fiscal management, monthly budgets and operational demands for the customer. What a natural succession into the Commercial Property Manager role. Dan earned Certification in supply chain management always showing continuous ways of developing his role with ideas for continued improvement.
Dan possess strong team leadership, team building and is a problem solver. Dan has received many many testimonials from commercial property owners for always going above and beyond in his role in such a very competent way.
Being part of the community is very important to Dan. One of his highlights in his personal life was coaching Youth Football for three years, this experience brought personal joy and enjoyed working the kids and their parents. Dan and his wife have always dreamed of living in Central Oregon and with the superb addition of Dan as one of our professional Commercial Property Managers, their dream has been realized. They are very excited and love the lifestyle that Central Oregon offers. Dan enjoys sports, watching a good western or WWII movie and traveling and spending time with his family.
