Amber Caisse, Licensed Property Manager
Amber developed her business and communication skills as an athlete, traveler, program director, and marketing professional. She considers herself a lifelong learner and approaches her work in a collaborative and customer-focused way drawing from all her unique experience.
Amber obtained a full athletic scholarship to Boston University where she played Division 1 tennis. She traveled to Europe after college and spent four years living and working in Paris, France. In 2015, Amber obtained her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance.
Before joining Fratzke Property Management in 2022, Amber worked as a marketing accounts director. She also spent several years as a contributor services supervisor in the finance department for a major media company. Amber’s experience has been perfect for her role as a Commercial Property Manager. You will find Amber goal-oriented, always looking to fix “the problem” and able to handle stressful management situations with ease. She has great, developed relationships with owners and tenants alike.
Amber is quick to react to any situation in a calm fashion focused on a cooperative partnership with all parties. Amber conducts financial oversight to maintain occupancy rates while maximizing the owner’s return on their investment. She is steadfast in her duties, and coordinates with a successful record of achievement steering improvement projects, building a strong foundation for ownership and optimizing processes. She has a talent for cultivating and supporting vendor relationships that lead to longevity of occupancy, minimal turnover and renewal of long-term leases.
Amber works closely with leading Fratzke and Central Oregon Commercial Brokers making the lease renewal process smooth and efficient for both owners and tenants.
Amber grew up in the Seattle area and has lived in Bend since 2013. She is a mom to two boys.
