Mel Steinbach moved to Central Oregon from Santa Barbara in 2005. Over the past five years, she has worked in a wide range of real estate, title, escrow and development roles. Her most recent position as a Builder Services Representative for a local title insurance company has provided her the opportunity to work with many local developers, builders and municipal agencies. Her knowledge of the Central Oregon market, combined with her title and escrow experience, give her a unique advantage when negotiating transactions.

Mel has a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Santa Barbara and a Business certificate from the UCSB Extension. She is a licensed broker who prides herself on being tenacious, professional and creative, with a meticulous sense of detail. Mel shares her skills and commitment to the community with the Central Oregon Down Syndrome Network. 

Mel is currently working with the owners of the Diamond Professional Building in Redmond.
