Chris Cochran originally moved to Bend in 1968. A graduate of Mtn. View High School in 1983, Chris obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Oregon State College in 1987. He received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Portland State University in 1998. Married for 21 years, Chris has twelve year old twin daughters.

He was a founder and partner in The Mortgage Professionals of Central Oregon for 12 years until he sold his share of the company to his employees.

Chris is a licensed property manager who has spent the last 12 years developing and managing commercial properties. Chris offers a unique perspective in the management of commercial properties. You will be hard pressed to find a commercial property manager that has the experience of not only owning commercial real estate, but also developing the buildings from ground up.
