Brian
Fratzke is the Principal Broker and founder of Fratzke
Commercial Real Estate Advisors. He combines
international business experience with a local
background to bring his clients excellence in Central
Oregon real estate representation. Brian began
his commercial real estate career in 2004, after 13
years working in the high technology industry, focusing
on information technology and business consulting
solutions in the United States, Netherlands, United
Kingdom and France.
Brian currently focuses on sales, leasing, and
development of commercial real estate in the Central
Oregon area including Bend, Redmond, Madras,
Prineville, Sisters and LaPine. Brian’s specific
areas of expertise include land development, building
development and leasing in the industrial and retail

JEFF REED
Broker
Jeff Reed brings extensive
business experience to his work in commercial real
estate. Before moving to Bend six years ago, Jeff
owned and operated a successful packaging company in
Half Moon Bay, California, which he and his partner
turned into a multimillion dollar business, serving the
semiconductor industry. Currently, Jeff owns two
profitable businesses in the Central Oregon area, both
Sylvan Learning Centers - one in Bend and one in
Redmond. Since earning his broker’s license
in 2006, Jeff continues to negotiate successful real
estate transactions for his clients, applying his own
experience in the market to achieve excellent results

BERMUDEZ

Lisa Bermudez has a broad range
of experience which lends itself to a successful real
estate career. Currently, Lisa specializes in
both marketing and residential sales. Prior to
working at Fratzke Commercial, Lisa was a broker with
Brooks Resources Realty where she capably negotiated
many real estate transactions. Six years ago,
when she and her husband moved to Bend, they started
the Bend Science Station, a nonprofit science school on
Awbrey Butte, serving over 2000 students a year from
the Central Oregon area. Lisa has also worked in
education on both the east and west coasts, and in the
legal field in New York City.
