C.B.A., Loopnet, CoStar, Craigslist, Visual Tour and
Vertical EMail.
• Credit background/criminal check for prospective
tenants.
• Compile a walk-through checklist prior to tenant
occupancy.
• Arranging and making payment for required repairs or
maintenance work.
• Continual inspections of the property and communication
with tenants.
• Increase the property's value through efficient
management thus maximizing profits
for the owner.
